SD Card reader

Post by deathstalker » Sat Aug 12, 2017 7:05 am

Hi All

If I used a 3rd party (not gecko) card reader with the sd card reader disc can I use a SD card greater than 4gb (so I can fit more ISOs on there) ?

Thanks

SDLM/Action Replay are limited to 2GB, the readers themselves are capable of loading any SD card and the limitation is entirely in software.

Yes, it's swiss. Most homebrew supports large SD cards as well, swiss will let you launch that and backups.

Thanks for that - I must have been looking at previous versions of Swiss which it seems only allowed for <4gb sd cards - all I need to do now is download the relevant files !

Just looking to get GCos now !

Thanks

I don't think this has ever been the case, or you're looking at files that are years old. Always download the latest released from github.
