CUBESOFT PHOENIX V2.50 (build 180)

A windows frontend for gamecube (PSOload). An all-in-one GUI for the most common things you want to do with your Gamecube, including: Ripping, Dol and Bin uploading, ISO/GCM Uploading via included loaders, limited NES and N64 ROM uploading.. and MORE!

The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 3 MiB, so get it here :

although nice, it contains SDK code within those emulators so I'd have to ask to host it offsite anyway.

This one has an installer, I can't get the oher one posted to work, so I wouldn't know if its the same.
