Have you reached out to Ralf@gc-forever directly? I too am looking forward to getting these PAL codes ported to NTSC-U. I went onto Ralf's original post for these PAL codes and I replied on the thread asking him to port them to NTSC if he could. If he does, I'll FWD the information to you. I also posted THIS thread in my reply to him, so he should hopefully become aware of the request.
