[Question] Is it possible to create AR codes on Android?

I was studying how to create AR codes and I found a lot of content on Reddit and other sources.
So I found out that I couldn't do that in Dolphin Emulator (Android), because it doesn't have a function to see the game's memory and i don't have a computer.
I tried to use Game Guardian in Dolphin but apparently it doesn't work, I can't get the values inside the running game.
I have a bit of experience with Game Guardian and hacking android games and creating Lua Scripts, but that doesn't apply to creating cheats for a GameCube game.
Has anyone here on the forum tried this?
