Spyro A Hero's Tail (GCN/WIIRD/PAL)

This game has some cheat codes published on gamehacking but none work and all crash the game. Feels like NTSC cheat codes were posted for the PAL game. The game has a normal cheat to unlock all items under the Extras menu: Up/Down/Left/Right/X/X/LeftTrigger/RightTrigger. This code is not persistent after quiting, would it be possible to have a cheat code made to unlock all Extras upon booting? Thanks
