Setting up network for PSOLoad [Resolved]

Hello,
I would need some help to set up the network for the PSOLoad exploit.
My GameCube already has a broadband adapter, Memory Card and the PSO 1&2 game (not the 1&2Plus nor the 3).
I really don't understand how to setup the network in order to make the GameCube discover my computer or the PSOLoad executable detect my GameCube.
I saw the video description under this video but it doesn't seems to work for me (unable to set the 192.168.1.100 address as seen in the video description to my router).

So should I use specific IP address with another specific network config?

Thanks.

Hey, yeah the Gamecube needs a specific setup in order to communicate with the network.

The IP Adress you need is:
192.168.1.32

You cannot change the GC ip adress, it is static - so you need to change your network settings.

Modern Routers are set to 192.168.0.1 these days. So you need to change it to 192.168.1.1

After i changed my network to this specific IP layout i was able to create backups with my qoob and flash fw over network.

I'm definitely unable to setup a router network connection with 192.168.1.1 (cause it would break our network).
I'll think I'll buy an Ethernet crossover cable and connect the GameCube directly to my PC.
How to configure the network for this case?

A crossover cable isn't necessary with modern NICs.

Thanks, I cancelled the purchase of the crossover cable.
So, I still don't know how to setup the network for Windows 10 (so it can recognize the GameCube without a router, and maybe also set the required ip address).

Nevermind, I finally been able to configure the network.
It was easier than I thought.

So yeah the exploit worked.
