Hey Ralph, do you think it's possible to make a code to replace normal Sonic with Super Sonic?

I don't know yet if it's possible to play as Super Sonic anywhere. However, I'll put it on my to-do list.

Super Sonic Questions.

If you do look into it, Ralf, I have a few... questions for you.
  • Question 1: "Super Sonic is usually activated by jumping in the air after collection 50 Rings. If possible, would you implement something like this, i.e. Jump in mid-air, press B and Sonic becomes Super Sonic, only in the Super Sonic story during Action Stages? I doubt Super Sonic would work in the field since there's no Rings, i.e. hub worlds like Station Square."
    Question 2: "Super Sonic and regular Sonic from the character selection screen appear to be two different things. So, would this cheat not work on "Regular Sonic's" character?"
    Question 3: "Super Sonic can walk on water. Would this still be in effect if you made this cheat? I can think of one stage with lots of water: Emerald Coast."
    Question 4: "Would Super Sonic be immune to damage but not knockback? Perfect Zero can't damage Super Sonic, but he can delay Super Sonic's approach via knockback."

Okay thanks, just a tip. They did it on pc and they said you have to first go to the perfect chaos fight and some kind of value from the battle is left in RAM. Not sure if it's the same on gc or not.

The textures for Knuckles, Gamma and Sonic are completely messed up when I use your codes.

Hey Ralph I have another idea, and I hope I'm not bothering you but...

One of the trainers for the PC version allows you to do character replacements. Such as replace Tails with Knuckles or another character. Could you try and make this for the GC version?

The dol is only about 500kb so you know it uses a lot of relocateable memory.

Pretty neat codes! Do you know if there's any model modifier that could replace Sonic with Metal Sonic in the cutscenes so they don't switch back and forth so much?
