Controller Problem

So, I booted up some good ol' Crash Bandicoot on the system, and when I tried to play, the controller did nothing. Now, in the Menu, my controller worked just fine, but in the Game, it did nothing. I went into the controller settings, and everything was set up just fine. I have no idea what's going on, I just want to play some Crash Bandicoot. Please help me

Try setting it to digital or analogue in the controller settings.

The original Crash Bandicoot doesn't support analog control. You'll have to use the dpad, or fake it by remapping a stick as buttons.
