So I registered here because I have some questions concerning the parts necessary for the GCVideo Lite mod. On github it is very clearly stated in the BOM file what is needed however a few parts have become obsolete and are not available anymore because of discontinuation. Being:
-the CDK3404ATQ48 digital to analog converter (digi-key: 1016-1935-ND)
Does anyone know what alternate parts I can use or do i need to tweak the PCB in order to use another DAC? I think I can find an alternative to the resistor but I have no idea how to even begin looking for an alternate DAC
I would really like to hear how other people deal with this or if the creator of GCVideo is already making a substitute PCB to be used without the CDK3404.
