Yes. (Just burn SDLoad, or Swiss as a bootable disk and you'll have a homebrew loader. )

It's just standard air mail for that price (3-6 days arrival time), extra $10 for registered.

I ordered a Xeno on February, 18th. Did you already ship it? I'm just a bit worried that it takes that long to ship it to Germany .. hopefully the customs didn't seize it

There was a delay in shipping times since I was away for a week and a half or so. Rest assured that it's on the way, give it another 4-5 (work) days.
