Since the festive season is upon us, I got my Gamecube out to play MK: Double Dash and Sonic.
However without the motion control of the wiimote it did n't feel right.
So eventually I came up with my own low-cost solution and decided to share it with the board.

Inspired from a snowglobe, I realised that I could mount a snowglobe shape with marbles inside
on top of the Gamecube Analog Stick to provide steering motion

To make, find a Dome shape, I used one with a base diameter of 5cm.
Place Dome on a standard 1.5cm thick plank, draw round and cut out Wooden Circle
Screw into centre of Wooden Circle
Now take approx 5 marbles, put in small bag
Seal the Marble Bag tightly to stop marbles rolling everywhere ;)
Place Marble Bag inside Dome
Now sit the Dome on top of the Wooden Circle

Finally, fix the device to you Gamecube or PS2 controller

To fit it to controller, take care not to exert too much pressure, you ve been warned
=Push analog stick up and away from centre, hold it here
While with other hand make a pilot hole with another screw SEE PICTURE BELOW
Still holding stick away from centre, take device and screw it in.

That's actually really creative thinking there man. I can't say its very visually appealing... but its the function that matters. :D Nice job.

Thanks if only I could code I thought, and then I realised you can just physically build a solution XD
