Hey guys. I'm currently working on a portable Gamecube and I've hit a bit of a snag. The video (composite) is flashing black and white and the audio gives off a buzzing noise. I am using zenlocs custom regulator if that helps at all. The cube motherboard itself seems to be working fine the only thing not working is the video. Also, I have tested it on different screens with the same result.
TLDR; I need help

Yeah Gamecube's video encoding isn't fully documented.

Tell me about it... I googled around for a few hours and the closest I could find was a guy who claimed it was his screen that was the problem. I tested mine with a tv on my work bench that I know works and the same thing happened. It's a bummer, but these things happen.
