Hi everyone i need a little help and a few questions answered. My adapter i ordered from badass consoles will be coming soon which means my wii key fusion will be up and running soon, hopefully. I have never really put games on a wii key fusion or booted it, so i dont really have any idea how it works. I also cant find a guide for this either. Also i heard you need to flash it with a certain software to make it work and all this other stuff.
If anyone could point me toward a guide on how to setup and install games on a wii key fusion it would be much appreciated.
If you could explain it in a reply or a PM that would be great too.
Need some help with installing games on wiikey fusion etc.

^^ that is just a little FAQ to help you out with any other questions you have
edit:
sorry i read you post incorrectly...
you will need to flash your WKF with the appropriate swiss flash if you want to use FAT32 SD cards and swiss...
else you only need to use 1.0 or 1.5 WKF firmware depending on your requirements but you will need WBFS manager 4.0 to write games onto a WBFS formatted SD card...
best advice, use swiss...
good luck

Hey man thanks for the reply a few more questions though, what does swiss do compared to the normal wii key fusion and is there any benefit? And how do i put the 1.0 or 1.5 firmware on the wii key fusion, with the WBFS manager? To be honest all i want my wii key to do is to play gamecube games thats it. I heard swiss is to do a bunch of other things with games from other consoles (i could be wrong about that) but if it is im not really interested in that. Also i am bit confusion about the SD geko thing, people say you need that for swiss or something..? If you could answer these things it would be amazing. Bare with me first time wii key fusion user.

SD gecko...
no use for official WKF firmware....
also, can not flash swiss autoboot without SD gecko...
most of this you will have to learn on your own to understand which will be better for you....
if you want to use official WKF firmware, you need WBFS
WBFS is a card format that the official firmware recognizes....
swiss allows for fat32....
why not wait till you get the adapter to plug it all in and see what happens...
then you can decide at that point which is better for you...
if your WKF is untouchedm then you need WBFS manager 4.0 to load isos....
you will need WBFS manager 4.0 to load swiss to flash autoboot from SD gecko...
its a lot of shit to try to understand until you actually try it...
why not post back afterwards...after you confirm you can at least boot into WKF menu....
its just too much to try to explain until you have it in front of you....

yeah your right i guess you have to learn from trial and error just like modding a gamecube. you cant just read about it and build it all the next day. If i need some help or advice later when i have everything set up i'll reply then. Thanks for you help anyways.

Just use swiss because if you ordered it from badassconsoles it comes with it pre-installed and if you want to use wkf 1.5 you will have to install pin29 switch and have a SD gecko and use wbfs manager which my own computer has problems using wbfs manger 4.0 installing GC games. Swiss you just simply drag and drop iso's on the SD and swiss has so many more great features then stock wkf firmware you will see for yourself
