Possible to use SD Gecko as GCN memory card?

Good day everyone,

Can't seem to find an answer to this question anywhere, and all results from Google are too old to be relevant with all the advancements this scene has achieved.

So my question is, is it possible to use an SD Gecko as GCN memory card?

And if so, can you please point me in the right direction?

an SD card CANNOT be used as a direct replacement for a memory card
swiss temporarily allowed for an SD card to be used as a "virtual memory card". This support in swiss is currently disabled and might be revisited/re-enabled at a future time

It's still not possible to do this with Swiss. Memory cards are pretty cheap so your best bet would be to get a large card.

Ah, okay. Yeah, that's right, but it would be a great and easy way to store backups on the pc or loading save game files from the pc via swiss!

You can still use Swiss itself or GCMM to copy saves back and forth to and from your memory card and SD card.
