Is it possible to flash the gamecube itself
i mean to flash swiss or something like that on the gamecube?
custom firmware or something like this?

The IPL is on a mask rom or something similar that you can't rewrite. However some modchips can override the IPL and are fully reprogrammable so you can run Swiss on them. Good examples are the Viper and the Qoob chips (which are both well reputed).
