In attempting to document all the GameCube hardware variants, I thought it'd be cool to make a wiki page that keeps track of all the mainboard revisions:

If anyone has come across a mainboard not on this list, please feel free to provide pictures of the version on the PCB silkscreen (next to the CPU) and if possible the IPL version reported by Swiss on the info screen.
