This is my first post on this forum, so I apologize if I am not familiar with some of the modding terminology.
So I have recently started work on a portable gamecube (I've managed a portable N64 in the past), and am already beginning to hate the idea of keeping the Disk Drive. I looked into this back when there were still Wasp Fusions for sale from the manufacturer, but the cube seemed infinitely harder to portabilize than the N64, so I went with the N64. Now after tearing apart a cube last night, I decided to look into the Wasp again. Needless to say, the well has dried up. While I would love to get one, they are hugely inflated in price
So it would be great to know if there are any disk drives replacements still out there. I can't seem to find any threads out there on this recently, so I was hoping I could find some answers here.Thanks,
