Gamecube Won't Power On?

Hi everyone,
I was wiring up the stock regulator just for testing to see if my Gc works.
However when i was done i tried it out on one of my CRT's and the screen was just black.
I was using a wii power supply wired up to the board which connects the regulator and fan together, afterwards I felt that the fan was very hot and that the mobo was cold?
Sorry about the soldering i was on a very low supply of solder

check your 3v line
looks like it might be contacting GND

Oh, it seems like that because of the angle but the two 3v pins have a lot of solder on the making the wire elevate above the gnd pins.

Check all lines off the regulator header with a multimeter against a known working board, if you aren't getting any video and the CPU remains cold it means that power is shorted before it gets to those components. Check the 1.9v line is working correctly too.

I checked the regulator pins and got no voltage from them.

Sounds like you might have fried something on the reg board. Maybe a fuse.

I checked the fuse it's still intact.
