Problem Loading backups on swiss

I have a problem, when I load a backup on swiss, and it reach the 100% of load, the gamecube sends a blackscreen to the tv and the backup doesn't shows. For more info, I use an action replay to load Swiss on an sd gecko, I use a 2gb Toshiba Sd card (comes with the old 3ds)for the swiss and a Lexar 16Gb Sd card to store the backups
