Brawl character textures without installing homebrew?

I want to have custom textures on brawl without modding my wii.... is it possible? like maybe another way to boot gecko os or something...

if you have an old wii maybe you could use SD Media Launcher from datel, but I'm not sure since it boots in Gamecube Mode.

Yes I have a old wii... but whenever I put a disc in it,
it eats it.(the disc gets stuck and doesn't play the disc)
I've been doing some internet surfing and I found rivolution.... can rivolution boot up without homebrew?
because it lets you use textures....

Couldn't you use LetterBomb to launch Riivolution/Gecko OS instead of the HackMii installer? That way nothing gets installed on your Wii, but I do wonder why you don't want to mod your Wii?

well because a little while after I modded my old wii, it started eating discs...

DVD-ROM must be wearing out. I modded my Wii and it never did that.

I used to leave my old wii on overnight sometimes.... think that caused it?
