Flippy Drive - Force NTSC mode?

Hi,
I currenlty have a GC Loader on a PAL gamecube hooked to an NTSC TV. So, I use SWISS to force NTSC mode on boot. I was thinking about getting a Flippy Drive to try out their "Gamecube Menu" so see how I like it.
My question is: Does the Flippy Drive have the same functionality to force NTSC mode?
I thought it was using a fork of SWISS, so I assumed it would. However, I'm not following development very closely so I wasn't 100% sure.
