i have a question to ask about the 128gb SDXC card:

after looking through Decard's thread in the swiss section about the compatalty issues with the 128gb SDXC card i was wondering about getting an 128gb SDXC to try it out for myself and see if it works fine will all my games + swiss + megaloader (expect Multi disk games wich are one two 8gb sd cards).

as emu_kidid pointed out that the 128gb SDXC card is working on swiss, sd sdgecko, but untested on WKF menu.

but im thinking, since the 128gb sdxc card i found on amazon uk is pretty big in size (the biggest SD card for GC games).

it costs somewhat less than the 64 sdxc card?
well i found it for 82.00 Euroes total.

from Currency converter:

1 USD = 0.74 Euro

110.82 USD = 82.00 Euro

so, my question is, if the 128gb sdxc card costs a bit more than the fully functional 64gb sdxc, is it wroth the amount or is it a bad idea since the compatablty on WKF is unstable, untested and has issues past the first 64gb cluster as decard pointed out?

I started writing up the fragmented file/2 disc game support for WKF and discovered some oversights. I haven't tested anything yet, just all code so far, but >64GB might be possible after all.

Nice! Glad to hear it emu, here's hoping there's not a limitation in the wkf itself. Games run much more smoothly through the wkf than over SD gecko

Confirmed there's no way to get 128GB working in WKF, 64GB is the limit without a change in the WKF firmware.

Unfortunate, but thanks for taking the time to confirm this nevertheless. Perhaps one day the wkf source will be opened up.
