Can Swiss load scrubbed GC ISO files?

I was wondering if Swiss can use scrubbed ISOs to play backups on my Gamecube?
If so, is there any downsides to using a scrubbed ISO rather than an untouched ISO?
I use SD Media Launcher with Swiss 0.3-r174, 2gb (Fat16) SD card.
Thanks

you can use shrunk isos with swiss
if you run into any issues, try a full size iso to see if the issue is duplicated
also use a newer swiss version

Good to know, thank you!
One more question, what's the best application to shrink/scrub these Gamecube ISOs?

This can scrub them well:

Add one at a time and shrink otherwise it will shrink+merge them into a single (non bootable ISO) (Swiss can still read this format if burned to disc though).

It works great!
One more thing on my mind was that when I load a game up, and it shows the title, it says "audio streaming: yes" on Paper Mario. So you can't stream audio from a SD card, is there a list of games that have audio streaming?

Some games inadvertently have this flag set even though they don't use Audio Streaming. Paper Mario is one of those, so audio will be fine as it doesn't really use Streaming Audio. Here's the list:
