qch cheats with sdml

So I'm trying to use some AR codes for PSO ep 1&2 but when I enable the code and start the game it says it needs high patch to use cheats, but I have the game set to high patch, but in the general swiss settings its set to low patch, on the first 2 pages i can change settings, but on the third page none of the settings can be changed. How can I fix this? Ive tried the latest revision from the code site, and the 221 and neither one I can change the general settings on. Booting from sdml.

cheats are pretty much totally broken until I fix them. If you're desperate for cheats, use a fairly old version of Swiss.
