Beginner Help Please?

So I have an unmodded GameCube. The only thing I am interested in is being able to do is force 480p on games that don't support that mode normally.

What would be the simplest way to do this, starting from scratch?

Put Swiss on the SD card and put the SD media launcher in the Memory Card slot and the game disc in the top.
And then when I turn the GCN on it will allow me to go to the options to set it to boot my game disc with forced 480p? Is that it?

Since the SD loader takes up a Memory Card slot, does that mean if I put it in Slot A then I can load and save from a Memory Card in Slot B, and if it's in Slot B then I can load and save from a Memory Card in Slot A?

Sounds right. It's inconvenient without modding. Load SD media launcher, then Swiss, then swap disc.

Forget about the few games who use SD cards natively. Dobutsu no Mori e+ isn't much point without reading Japanese.
