I have not sold any yet.XC-3730C wrote: You will be offering more HDMI boards for GC soon?

As promised here are some more pictures:
As you can see the HDMI board is screwed onto the top of the shielding that the disc drive sits on. It is essential to put the board in the right spot otherwise I think it is in the way of the CD drive's PCB. Furthermore, it is a good idea to first secure the shielding with screws before you decide how to place the HDMI board (where you drill the holes in the shielding) and where to cut for the HDMI connector. Otherwise when you screw down the top shielding, the board will move along a bit and the HDMI cutout will not be correctly aligned anymore. I neglected to do this with my install, it still turned out somewhat alright luckily.
As you can see I also placed some insulation tape onto the top shielding. Otherwise I think there is a chance a short is caused.
The small breakout board is glued to the bottom of the GameCube's motherboard with hot glue. This is not really the best glue for this, as at some point it gets fairly easy to pull the board off. Not sure if it will fall off by itself eventually, if you do not touch it every time to see if it is still hanging tight.

I am thinking of making the breakout board a bit bigger in the future version, so the pads have a bigger spacing. Currently the small spacing of the solder pads is what makes the installation relatively hard. I am not planning any big changes however, so firmware updates should still work fine if you install the current version. It would be cool if 1 or 2 people could give this version a test.
