xeno gc problems

Hello, i attempted to install the xeno 2.0 on my gc but any leds lights turn on. Also, the drive doesn't spin. What could it be?

i agree, and use flux it looks like your starting to burn the pads or is that flux residue or half and half lol but tbh if this is your first attempt its not bad
