Need a NUP for EurAsia

Anyone that can give me the NUP New User Password then I can sign up for a user account so I can download BIOS files for QooB SX Chip ..It's a Strange Process that I don't understand

Eurasia requires you to go on IRC and connect to their chat-room to request it. Join and just say "what is the NUP?"
