I havn't been here for a while

I like the Gray backgroung better then this, It's too dark..Can't see much

On other forums, You can choose what BG you want "New Style" or the Old Style"

Most Forums has it on the Bottom of the Page

Not in "Edit global settings" That's the last thing I would look

Every phpBB forum has the theme setting under UCP -> board preferences.
