Help Contacting Badass Consoles

A while back I sent my Gamecube to Mega for repair. He repaired it and everything, but he hasn't sent it back. It's been about 3 months. I've sent him a bunch of emails, but he hasn't responded. Someone recommended that I come over here and make a post so here I am. Hopefully he'll see this, but if not, can someone help me contact him? As I said, he already repaired my system, he just has to send it back. Thanks so much for any help anyone can provide. I really appreciate it!

GCVideoX is alive and well. He's currently waiting on case molds.

I've read on another discussion that he has a form on his site and I've filled it out. TBH I would wait if he would simply respond to my emails. I was talking to him in August and then he went dark. As I have read elsewhere he's having issues.

I would just like one of the following to happen.
1. Respond to my email about what's going on or post online with updates.
2. Process my refund.
or
3. Ship my order.

Can anyone post how to contact him on IRC. I've never used IRC and I have no idea how to contact him on it.

Do you know which server and channel he's in? Most people will say something like "you can find me in #channel on server.net", e.g. "#coolchan on freenode.net". You need an IRC client, e.g. the ChatZilla addon for Mozilla-based browsers, or a stand-alone program, such as mIRC. You'd enter the command "/server freenode.net" to connect to the server, then use "/join #coolchan" to enter the channel, then politely ask for help. Many networks offer a web-based client, so you don't have to install anything, such as: https://webchat.freenode.net on freenode. You can't contact him unless you know which server and channel to find him in, though.

Just go to the http://www.efnet.org/, put your nick there on left and change Channel to #gc-forever.

You don't need any native IRC client, this will open web-client inside your internet browser.

I tried that yesterday. There wasn't a lot of information on the screen so I just posted what I was trying to do. Extremes responded that he was in the channel and to just message him. I said I don't know his name or something like that. He responded that if you know his name then you should be able to chat with him.

I got the sense he didn't want to help and I felt stupid for asking.

Not to be blunt about the elephant in the room, but he needs to be coming to his customers, not us chasing him down in IRC. The lack of communication, lack of refunds, and lack of visibility makes it seem awfully suspicious that what he's running is a scam. He needs to be engaging with us to tell us it isn't one.

Unfortunately I've tried private messaging and public messaging and no response. Either he's not seen it or is not responding.
