I am new here, why do I always get server error 500?

Hello, I am new here.
You may call me Arcardy. I am from germany.

My setup:
- PAL DOL-101, I own that one since I was a child
- RGB Scart cable with CSYNC
- Full Size DVD shell (transparent) from Qoob

Things I want to (let) do in the future:
- Install a kunai gc modchip
- Solder a SD2PS2 Adapter to it
- Do a fan mod using a noctua fan
- Maybe get a DOL-015 broadband adapter
- Solve the disc read error problems when using burned discs

By the way, why do I always get server error 500 when I visit this forum?

Some improvements are being made to hopefully remove the internal server errors, let me know if they continue though.
