Hi, dunno if it is the place to ask,
I want to do mods for some games that I already own the original discs (ISOs ripped by me, NOT downloaded) but there's one thing that I searched EVERYWHERE and couldn't find anything...
I already know how to:
- Edit the ID of a game
- Edit banners
- Replace files
- Extract/rebuild an ISO
...But I dunno how to change the small image (Memory Card icon) used for the game's save files. For example, SSBM has the circle separated in 4 parts as icon while Zelda: The Wind Waker has Toon Link's head. My question is; is it possible to edit the memory card's icon? I don't want to be confused with 2 identical SSBM icons on my Memory card, not knowing which save is the original, and which save is the mod... Yup, I want both games to have separate saves, in order to avoid corruption...
Edit a GC ISO's memory card's icon?

You can rename the file header and contents by searching for the string or changing the game ID on the ISO itself. The icon would be modified in a similar manner by finding where it lives and modifying it. I wouldn't recommend it without knowing what issues it'll cause in something like Swiss and in the game itself.
