Controller port connections?
Controller port connections?
Just curious to know what the minimum number of wires would be to wire up a controller port? I still want it to have full functionality of the controller, including rumble. I'm thinking of making some custom port like a 3.5mm to a GC controller extension cable dongle for a project I'm working on since the controller port itself takes up so much room.

Re: Controller port connections?
4 wires.
Data, 3.3v, 5v and gnd.

No. 2 wires. Ground + Data
Data line includes 3.3v
But without rumble.
EDIT: I swear to god this works:

Pins with red circles and arrows are the ones that need to be connected as a minimum.

But still, I guess 3 wires are enough. (2+1 for rumble)
