killed my cube no 12 volt from power regulator on pin 21

I am needing Help. mistakenly hooked up a small 5 volt Audio amp to my 12 volt line. My gamecube now does nothing. on checking the power regulator the only problem I see on it is that is has no 12 volts on pin 21. does anyone have any suggestions?
My wife took my Beer Away!!!!

You can run the 12V line off 5V just fine. So desolder 12V and hook up/bridge 5V on it.

are you using the GC power board?
if so, did you blow the main 12v fuse??
