Programming xeno-gc to an avr, help with fuses etc?

Hi,
I have a Top2004 programmer which supports AVRs but doesn't use hex values for the fuses. Avrdude doesnt support this programmer so I'm stuck with the factory software.
Here are my options:

I'm using an atmega8-16pu. What parameters do I need to set?

AVR Fuse Calculator

you can see which settings to mark off when you enter your target IC and the Hi LO Fuse values
