How to wire 3ds Slider in place of GC joystick

I have been looking for how to wire this up, either I am missing it completely or I don't see one. Just want to use 2, 3ds sliders in place of the joysticks on the GC controller. Can someone point me to a quide, or what is needed to wire this?
