Hey Everyone,
I have a Qoob Pro installed on a DOL-001B. Its has hacked bios hw0 sw1.3c. I had a version of swiss written to the flash memory that worked really well.
I just recently erased that unknown version from the chip and flashed Swiss r382 compressed dol to it. I launch the dol from the Qoob Pro menu and then it gets stuck on "running dol."
I have flashed other dols like SDload and mGBA to see if it was just the current Swiss or all dols. None load properly. I have erased and reflashed the bios and backgrounds with no issues. I have no idea what is going on.
I have been flashing with the cracked flash tool on a Win7 run in Win7 mode and WinXP compability mode. Any ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Qoob Pro Won't Load DOL's
Re: Qoob Pro Won't Load DOL's
That's a known issue with dolxz, put the uncompressed dol through dollz instead and flash that to your Qoob.
That said it's weird that other DOLs don't work, I'll put a simple one together for you to test.

Re: Qoob Pro Won't Load DOL's
Thanks Streetwalker. Swiss 0.4 r382 loaded properly after compressing it with Dollz. Swiss worked without a hitch and all is well in the universe again. Thanks!

You should flash iplboot to your Qoob instead of launching Swiss as an add-on from the original bios. That way you can have it auto boot from your SD card.
