Incorrect version of swiss displayed

Hi I've just updated swiss to the latest release and when checking version it correctly displays R1086 but as soon as I load a game and then igr to menu it shows the previous version I'm using gc loader along with sd2sp.Everything appears to be working correctly , if someone could help I'd appreciate it.many thanks

You have an outdated version of swiss as igr.dol on one of your devices.
