The error happens when i start the Swiss DVD i burned. It works perfectly if i hit the reset button on the Gamecube. It's not an issue with the dvd drive cause I've already pulled it off and tested it with another older gamecube unit with 2 video port at the back with no error.
Can anyone translate the message on the picture?

It is hard to decipher the symbols.
That's what I got with trying to rewrite that in google translate:
"I did not turn on the disc. For details, Please knead your dealing handbook."
Seems like a disc reading issue. Does it always play after reset?

Yes it always load the swiss dvd fine after reset. tried another burned game and works just fine. no error and no need to reset.
