Yes we need bigger flash memory if we were to put Swiss on PicoBoot right now. In the future you should be able to put larger binaries on PicoBoot as long as they fit into 2MB flash.Undead Sega wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 2:08 amI was recalling from our posts here earlier on:But I understand in regards to the flash memory.webhdx wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 5:35 pmYou can flash Swiss directly to my modchip if you use different board. With Pico we are currently limited to ~512kB payloads. This is due to an issue that I couldn't resolve but quite possible it'd be fixed in the future then PicoBoot will be provided with Swiss instead of iplboot.
What if I were to help you obtain a 4MB or 16MB Pico board?
But I still don't understand why you want to flash Swiss directly to PicoBoot? With iplboot you can force vanilla IPL, load different homebrew based on button being pressed etc.
