I trust aliexpress, but you need to be vary of who you buy from.
This is coming from someone who buys shit from china all the time. If you know how to craigslist or ebay it should be pretty self explanatory. Find someone with good reviews and buy from them.

I know I am new, but I have been buying most of my stuff off of assemblergamers. The guy who is selling the cheap xenogc chips is actually in Australia. I was going to buy from his a week ago, but I am in the states and needed it fast for a tournament.
