Will one of these modchip work in a Gamecube?
Hello,
as the title says will one of the following chip work in a cube without its disc drive? :
- Wiizard Wii
- d2pro v4 d2e
- Flatmii Fusion
- Drivekey
- puce wiikey
- Wasabi
- WODE
- W4Pro Wii
If yes what are the disadvantages to a wiikey fusion?

from that list, only WODE is compatible...

only the WKF/WASP/WODE/Sunkey drive replacements have been confirmed to work..
everything else is a drivechip and requires a wii dvd drive to patch code..

What about the Flatmii Fusion ? It's an ode after all. The Flatmii 125 too.

yea that is an ODE, but i dont remember if anyone confirmed it working...

ODE = Optical Drive Emulator, also sometimes referred to as ODDE (Optical Disc Drive Emulator).
